We are unable to offer returns for custom orders or custom colors. so we will do everything in our power to make sure your requested item is done perfectly on the first piece so that the remainder of the larger order will be absolutely perfect. International orders can take 6-8 weeks to arrive, but most will arrive before that. On International orders, we cannot offer refunds for any order for any reason for unsuccessful delivery or lost packages. Once a shipment departs the United States we cannot guarantee the successful arrival as the United States postal service delivers the package to the destination country, and then it is up to the destination countries postal service to complete delivery to the addressee. We can only guarantee arrival of shipments inside the United States.
