I received two of this necklace, because the first time it arrived with the initial engraved off-center on the leaf, the rose gold was peeling off of it, and the rose was detached from the chain. When I contacted the seller she was incredibly kind and understanding of the situation; she sent another necklace free of charge the same day (plus an extra gift which was really nice) and it arrived very quickly without any imperfections. This kind of customer service is hard to find. Will definitely shop with Penelope’s Porch again! (:

I LOVED MY NECKLCE AND WITH THE INITIALS OF MY GRANSONS ON THERE AND MINE MEANT SO MUCH TO ME. IT WAS PERFECT. IT WILL MEAN SO MUCH TO ME FOREVER BECAUSE IT LOOKS SO GOOD.
