Custom and personalized orders

I LOVE custom orders! I also love working with you (the customer!) to create what you're envisioning. Please contact me if you see something you like, but want it tweaked a bit.

All products with glitter and vinyl are HAND WASH ONLY. That means don't let your husband throw it in the dishwasher. Please do not soak in water for an extended period of time. All etching products are dishwasher and oven/microwave safe. If you have any questions, please let me know. I'm happy to answer them!

Gift wrapping and packaging

Sending your package to a friend, family member, stranger, for a gift? NO PROBLEM! Let me know ahead of time and I am happy to include a little note. Just put what you want it to say, and I'll put that with the order free of charge.

All of my products are made to order and most of the shipping timelines say 1-2 weeks. Typically, they will not take that long. Some of the larger orders and/or etching purchases may take the full time frame because of the time associated with it. If you need something by a certain date, please please please let me know. I am so happy to work with you to make sure you receive your order by when you need it. Most of the times I can create it and get it to by your deadline. Overnight/express (1 day) timelines are difficult, but not impossible. Just please shoot me a message and let's see what we can do.

What is the vinyl that you use?

The vinyl is all-weather, durable vinyl. It is the same vinyl used for car decals. When properly cared for, it will last for a very long time. It is not dishwasher safe, so please handwash any glass that has this vinyl on it.

Not only are the mugs beautiful, the glitter is bright and festive, but my interactions with shop owner Allie were stellar. She truly puts your wants and needs above all else and communicates throughout the process as needed. Awesome!
