Most items can be made to fit all size heads. Most headbands have new technology and are adjustable! No more head aches! If you have a small or big size head please send me measurements.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Yes, I can gift wrap and put a card in the shipment for an additional charge.

Most things are durable but feathers are somewhat fragile. Packing feathers loosely in tissue paper is best so the don't get dusty. If they do get dusty just shake them out. You can also use a soft brush on them or a blow dryer on cool setting.

International orders/ Shipping/ Taxes

Please note that all buyers are responsible for any and all fees such as taxes, customs fees etc. from their country. Please know that the US Postal Service tracking information will be available in packages are within United States. Once the packages leave the US, tracking info is unfortunately, only updated when its delievered. **Any packages returned due to refusal to pay customs fees and/or taxes assessed by the receiver's country or packages returned for "not claimed" will be subject to an 80% restocking fee. Custom and personalized orders

In the rare occasion that your your package arrives damaged, simply message me with a photo of the damaged item. Any damaged items will either be replaced with the same item or repaired & shipped back to you in a timely matter. If you feel that your package has been lost in the mail, I will happily work with you to contact USPS & attempt to have the package located. Many times a lost package is simply a delayed package. All packages are shipped via the U.S.Postal Service If your package is lost/delayed please contact me immediately. You will have to file a claim with the USPostal service. First class shipping has no insurance so no claims are possible.

The seller was SO sweet with me and getting this gorgeous headdress out to me here in Colorado on time for a show I attended just before Halloween. The headdress stole the show...I got hundreds of compliments from fellow Itchy-O fans and it was a screaming hit with the band, too. Everyone loves it and I did too. I added some strips of "teeth" on the underside to make it better hold to my head through all the dancing and fun. My friends and family all loved it too. HUGE hit!!! This seller is amazing; the craftsmanship on the headdress is unbelievable and it got so many rave reviews from EVERYONE from my mom and sister to my friends and colleagues. It is awesome and currently adorns a floating shelf in my living room until I wear it again.
