For orders already placed, you may view the receipt in the "Purchases" section of your Etsy account for the "ship by" date. Domestic (US) Priority Mail shipping takes 2-3 days after shipment. You will receive an email with tracking number once I print the shipping label.

There is a box to provide customization within the listing. In that box, you should place details about your order including names, fonts, and colors. Many listings have a font and color chart in the listing photos. Failure to provide customization instructions can result in processing delays. If color/font choices are missing, I will do my best to select popular combinations to prevent shipping delays.

Please refrain from including information other than customization instructions in this box. I cannot guarantee that I will see it before making your order. Contacting me directly through a message is the best way to ask a question.

I strive to create and ship items in the most efficient manner possible without sacrificing quality. For this reason, I do not provide a design proof. If you are unsure of which font will look best, you can request that I contact you with your text in a particular font prior to creating the order. If you request this with your order, check your Etsy messages frequently to avoid delays in processing.

All bottle and tumbler customization is done using high-quality, professional grade, outdoor adhesive vinyl. It is the same material used for outdoor signs and car decals. I design and custom-cut all vinyl on a plotter and apply it with precision. It is waterproof and rated for years of outdoor use. Gentle hand-washing is recommended for maximum longevity.

Of course! You can order all items in one transaction by adding everything to your cart at once before checking out. Shipping cost is determined by package weight and destination. If you purchase in more than one transaction, I always do my best to ship together and refund excess shipping charges.

I try to keep my prices competitive while still taking into account my time and materials. Please remember that you are buying from a small business, and while I might not have the lowest prices available, I always work to provide great customer assistance and fast turnaround times.

There are times, however, where I will adjust my prices due to inventory levels, seasonal trends, etc. and that will be reflected in promotional pricing.

It is very important to me that I make and ship orders as quickly as I can, while giving each one my full attention as I design, create and pack it for shipment. My workspace does not accommodate taking photographs that would appropriately capture the colors and other details of the finished products, so I do not offer the option to photograph items before I ship them.

The customization included on each item is based on what is shown in the sample photo. If you would like customization beyond what is shown, please contact me. Please do not include emojis along with your desired text. They do not transfer properly into the order system and will not be included as part of the customization of your order.

Unfortunately, I do not have the ability to mark orders as tax-exempt due to the Marketplace Facilitator laws passed by many states over the last several years. Etsy is required to collect and remit sales tax to individual states and sellers do not have the ability to remove these sales taxes.
