When you order an item it is your responsibility to supply the correct information so that I can ship it out to you, the information you input at checkout is the information I use.

If you order an item and include the wrong shipping address, I will cancel your order and ask you to reorder with the correct shipping address. If your order has already shipped, I can supply you with the information you need to make a mail intercept claim, I will not file one for you as it is expensive.

If your order is lost, I will file a lost mail request. If the package cannot be found, I will offer you a discounted replacement or refund you the cost of the item.

I make NO PROMISES about delivery times. I can offer your my best estimate and I can make promises about when the item will leave my care and be put into the hands of the USPS. After that - it is out of my control. I will not make promises about when an item will arrive since I am not delivering it. A buyer can make their own choices regarding tight deadlines. I do offer upgraded shipping options for those who need an item quickly.

I ship from PA, near Philadelphia. Shipping time varies but generally speaking the closer you are to that area, the sooner your package will arrive.

"Can I get this in another size?"
Possibly. I do not draft my own patterns for the items I sell so I am at the mercy of what the pattern companies offer in terms of sizing. I can sometimes offer an alternate size in a slightly different pattern.

Please, please try to have an estimated size in mind when you contact me. Telling me the height/age/size of the person you intend to give my product to is not helpful since I do not have the person in front of me. Exact measurements are not required, but an estimations in inches or feet, or weight/height for babies are extremely helpful. I work with children, not all 8-yr-olds are the same size, please help me better understand your sizing needs.

Generally all of the costumes in my collection are made from cotton blend or knit fabric and are safe to be machine washed. I recommend washing in cold water and separating reds from the whites and/or using a color catcher as they can still bleed slightly even in cold water.

Cotton blends (dresses, most bloomers, bath house uniforms) can be ironed with a hot iron but knits are not recommended to be ironed or ironed carefully with a slightly warm iron if necessary.

I accept cancellations within two days as long as your item has not been shipped and as long as it was not a custom order request, including variations on existing items (eg: lengthening the strap on a Kiki bag).

After two days, I will accept cancellations but apply a 20% restocking fee to cover work started on your order.
