All of my herbal teas are blended fresh by me upon order. I have a full, well kept apothecary where your teas are made for you from organic dried herbs.
Milk Thistle tea is a bitter tea, as it is the bitters that help stimulate. It's not meant for a daily tea, only drink once or twice per month.
This blend offers Dandelion Root and Leaf, Milk Thistle Seed, Yucca Root, Stinging Nettles, Peppermint.
Comes loose leaf in a glass jar with bamboo lid that you can reuse. 1.2 oz of herbal tea.
2 teaspoons makes a cup of tea, add water and strain... or just fill your favorite tea ball. Steep for 3-5 minutes in water that has just boiled.
