Custom and personalized orders

Please don't hesitate to contact me regarding custom orders. We regularly make custom-sized window treatments from our existing product range. If you want an entirely new product, we will do our best to fulfil your wishes, depending on the time of year and the number of orders we have. Please supply the following information: 1) the product name and colour 2) the unit of measurement you have used (cm or inches), 3) the country you are shipping to. 4) the date by which you need the order to be delivered. Please note that custom products may be photographed and offered to our other customers for them to enjoy.

Wholesale availability

We are willing to do wholesale on some of our products. If you see something you would like, please send me a message with the exact product and quantities that you are interested in.

LINEN WINDOW SHADES Our linen window shades, which include, OTTO, OSLO, ROMA, and BOWS are all 'dry clean only' to maintain their shape and texture. LINEN CURTAINS Our Linen curtains are machine washable on a gentle cycle of no more than 40C/104. These include LUCIA, DURHAM and CLARA and MAGGIE LINEN BEDDING Linen bedding should be washed on a gentle cycle of no more that 40C/104F. It can be tumble dried on a low heat setting and spread out on the bed while slightly damp. Ironing is optional and unnecessary if you want the casual linen look. Please DO NOT USE ‘TIDE' washing detergent or other harsh detergents or bleach that damage the natural linen fibres.

WILL I PAY TARIFFS IF SHIPPING TO THE USA?

Yes. The current tariff rate for EU goods entering the US is 10% plus a small processing fee set by the courier. These will be paid by the buyer to FEDEX after the product is delivered. Marking a shipment as a Gift will not remove the tariff. All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer

Do UK customers pay import tax?

Following BREXIT, UK orders under 135GBP will be charged VAT at checkout. Orders over this value will be charged import tax when the package arrives in the UK. It is the customer's responsibility to pay customs charges.
