It generally takes between 1 to 2 weeks to produce the item, but it can be 2-3 weeks depending on the season (ex. Christmas/New Year). Each item is designed and handmade by me, and checked before they are shipped out. Shipping time varies depending on where it is going, but the shipping time itself is generally between 2 to 5 BUSINESS DAYS within the USA, between 2 to 3 weeks to Canada, and between 2 to 4 weeks outside of North America.

It would be best to place orders well ahead of time if the items are needed by a certain date. But do not worry, I do offer a RUSH ORDER in my shop. Please note that it is a completely separate listing with it's own picture which states just that, "RUSH ORDER". This will place your order at the front of the line ans ship with in 1-3 days. Yes, for sure! If you want to change a word or two, or use a different color or font, simply enter the request in the notes section of the order. But, if you want to create a new design from scratch, I can do that for you too. Depending on the complexity of the design and time involved, I may need to charge for the design work as well in addition to the actual products. Simply contact me to find out more!

I'm sorry about that! It can happen from time to time, for a variety of reasons that may or may not have been under my control. Contact me WITHIN 72 HOURS OF ITEM BEING RECEIVED, with your Order #, pictures of issue/item, and details of the issue and I'll help you resolve them to the best of my abilities.
