The price of the listing is for INDIVIDUAL LETTERS. (ie. If ordering for the name EMILY you would add a quantity of 5 letters to the cart). Please include the desired name & font choice in the personalization box. If no font is specified Arial will be used.

Natural Birch Wooden letters, which are stained on all sides with a walnut colored stain, then woodland friends and other elements are hand painted.

I will be offering multiple heights and font choices to compliment your nursery. These wood letters are 1/2” thick baltic birch and do best when hung as wall decor. They will arrive ready to hang, with hardware attached. Each letter is finished with a Semi-gloss spray to prevent fading and protect each piece.

Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled or returned. If your item is custom in any way, you can request a photo, which I will send you before preparing for shipping. If you have any issues with the art, you have 24 hours to let me know before I ship the item.

Returns/Replacements are accepted only for items with obvious physical defects. Proof of defects will be required with photos e-mailed to me within 48 hours of receiving the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To stay fair to all my customers I DO NOT accept rush orders. I complete everything in the order they were received on my end. The current processing time for a particular item can be found on the individual listing or in my shop announcement.

I always aim to get things out sooner then the estimated ship by date if possible on my end :)

While each set only takes me about a day or two to complete. It typically takes me about six weeks to get through all the existing orders in my queue, so I can start your set.

To stay fair to clients I paint sets in the order they were received. I always aim to get things out as soon as possible on my end. But being a one woman shop, I can only paint so much in a day.

I love everything about these letters. 2 1/2 years after my first order I placed my second order and she remembered the special color tint that she used for my initial order, plus did a great job on customizing animals. Two kids is my max, but if anyone is looking for letters/names, this will,hands down, be my recommendation!!! Thank you for the great pieces!!!
