S I Z I N G ∙ I N S T R U C T I O N S
(1) To find the perfect fit for your watch band, first wrap a measuring tape around your wrist at the spot where you'd like to wear it. If a measuring tape isn't handy, simply wrap a string around your wrist and measure it against a ruler
(2) Next, measure the length of your watch face or medical ID tag
(3) Subtract the length of the watch face or medical ID tag from your wrist size—this is the length you need to order. This length gives you enough space to easily attach your watch face or medical ID tag.
• If you prefer a looser fit, add approximately 0.5 inch to your measurement
• See product photos for pictorial instructions.
• EXAMPLE: Let's say you measured your wrist and got a measurement of 6.5 inches. Next you measure your watch face to be 1 inch. Subtracting the 1-inch watch face from the wrist measurement of 6.5 inches, the resulting length you would need to order is 5.5 inches. If a looser fit is preferred, simply add 0.5 inch and go for a 6-inch band when making your order. If you prefer a snugger fit, just stick to the 5.5-inch band.
