Custom orders are welcome. Quite a few items we sell were once special requests from customers before they became standard items.

All stained glass items are handcrafted so no two will be exactly alike.

Stained glass sheets can vary in color and consistency from batch to batch or even across the same sheet. Be aware that the actual items color may vary from whats shown in the pictures for this reason.

All items are always very well packaged to avoid damage. They are wrapped in thick brown paper or plastic bags then placed in corrugated pocket so they can not bend. Items are then bubble wrapped and (usually) packed in a double wall reinforced box for good measure depending on the size/weight. Boxes are labeled "Glass Handle With Care" stickers.

If you have any issues with items arriving damaged please let us know immediately so we can repair or replace the item for you.

This item uses the Tifany stained glass making technique with beautiful high quality stained glass from Spectrum and Wissmach glass. Glass pieces are hand cut then edges are ground smooth. Copper foil is applied to the glass edges and pressed flat. Seams are then soldered together using standard 60/40 solder.

All orders over $35 will receive a free small gift.

Orders over $95 receive a larger stained glass gift from our inventory.

All items (meant for window hanging) also include a suction cup with hook for window hanging.

Use caution when hanging items using a suction cup that your window is perfectly clean and free of debris. Use a rubbing alcohol or a window cleaner that does not leave a residue. Heavier items may require more rigid support to prevent falling or damage. Check suction cups regularly to make sure they have not loosened from the window.

Reproducing or distributing copyrighted artwork without permission or authorization is in violation of Yings Glass Studio’s exclusive intellectual property
rights and the law. Any resemblance to existing artwork is purely coincidental. If you feel this item infringes on your copyrighted material let us know immediately and we will work to resolve the conflict.

When you buy multiple items on the same order, we will refund extra shipping charges when your order is packed. Often the final shipping weight is less than the ETSY estimated shipping costs.
