I gladly accept custom orders! Please contact me through Etsy convo in order to discuss your request. When requesting a custom order, please consider the following:

1. I may accept the order depending on the difficulty of your request.
2. The time frame to make an order will depend on the item being requested.
3. My production time varies depending on my workload and I typically make items in the order that they were purchased.
4. Once complete, purchased, and mailed, a custom order may not be returned.

Printed Laundry care labels will be provided on your handmade items when you receive them. However, here is a full detailed instructions to make your them last longer:

2. Baby blankets, Afghans, Wearables and Beanies/hats - all my hats and beanies that come with pom pom are detachable. Detach the pom pom and follow these instructions: a) Regular wool must be washed by hand in cold water then lay flat to air dry. b) Cotton can be washed in the washing machine on a gentle cycle using either cold or warm. c) Acrylic and other synthetic yarns can be washed in with your regular laundry, then tumble dry low.

All orders, excluding custom orders, may be returned for a full refund within 21 days of delivery. Orders may not be returned if
the items are on sale. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping fee. Once I receive the returned item, I will issue your refund minus the shipping cost. Crochet items must be returned in unused, re-sellable condition. All custom items are made to order and final sale.

I ship all orders within 2-3 business days of purchase or by the due ship date. If your order doesn't ship by the due date for some reason, don't hesitate to contact me.

I ship my items through USPS First Class International and/or Priority 1-3 day mail. I ship international orders through USPS First Class International or Priority International. International orders can take up to (2-3) weeks to be delivered due to customs.

I offer free shipping to US only on orders $35 and up.
