In certain circumstances out of our control, some international packages will be subject to additional customs duties and fees. We have no way of predicting the occurrence of these incurred costs. International buyers are completely responsible for any customs and import taxes, duties, or fees that may apply. We do not claim responsibility for these charges nor will refund them in the case that they occur. Customs clearance may cause delivery delays, please keep this in mind when calculating your delivery time-frame after ordering.

Shipping and Processing

Production time varies by product, see each individual listing for best shipping times but most orders ship in 7 days or less. Please message us if you need your items by a certain date and we will do our best to accommodate you! Several USPS shipping options are available at checkout. Standard delivery is 7-9 business days and expedited shipping will arrive in 1-4 business days. Shipping delays may be expected and are entirely out of our control. If your order is time sensitive we highly recommend purchasing an expedited shipping method or shipping via UPS. Please message us to arrange UPS shipping for your order.

I bought this jacket to go with my musician brand and I absolutely LOVE IT!! Lindsey responded to all of my messages in a timely manner, and was super patient and kind with all the last-minute changes. The shipping (which I paid extra for) came quickly - I was impressed! The jacket itself fits well and is made with great quality, which is reassuring, because sometimes personalization can look cheaply made (this is not the case). I got SO many compliments wearing this jacket! I couldn't be happier with this purchase and will definitely order from this company again. Thanks so much!

I love this jacket but was a little dissapointed by how it turned out. It's an extremely thin material with little to no shape. I also expected the writing to be more embroidered, but it looks more like iron-on letters. For the price, I expected a little higher quality. That being said, I think this shop is great and I would love to order from them in the future!
