Purchasing a printable digital file is QUICK & EASY! No paying any shipping costs. No waiting for anything to arrive in the mail. Just simply download your file and either print it at home or using a print shop / photo lab (such as Staples, Walmart or Walgreens) Another great option is to use the file digitally. Send to friends and family by email or text. Post onto social media, add to photo books, the possibilities are endless!

All of my designs are high resolution images - which means high quality. If the file has been downloaded correctly you should never receive a low resolution warning.

PLEASE ensure that you DOWNLOAD the file. Do not save the preview, do not select "save image as" or "make a copy" You want to ensure you are downloading the file.

If you are ordering your print through an online printing website (such as Walmart) do not choose the FAST OPTION if you are given a choice of speeds. This will reduce the quality of the image.

Due to the digital nature of my products I only accept cancellations on orders as long as it is requested BEFORE the file(s) have been sent to you by email. Once the email has been sent I will be unable to do so.

For any INSTANT DOWNLOAD listings I will gladly refund and cancel the order as long as none of the files have been downloaded.

Absolutely! Most of the time I am able to accept and accommodate custom orders and requests. Please send me an Etsy convo and we can discuss you custom inquiry.

Please be aware that should you want any CUSTOM CHANGES made to an existing listing or design (other than of course any names, dates and personal info that is meant to be personalized) there is usually an additional cost. The turnaround time may also vary compared to the original listing. Do not purchase any existing listings if you want to have a custom design created.
