How does your returns process work?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery and send the item back to us within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Once we receive the return and it's in sellable condition we will contact you and give you the choice to exchange your item(s) or get a refund. In the case of an exchange, the buyer will pay the shipping costs for the new item(s). In the case of a refund, we refund the cost of the item minus the original shipping cost. For items purchased with free shipping, the true shipping cost is still deducted from refunds in the case of a return. Buyers in the US get free shipping on orders over $35 but the true shipping cost is €9.50. This is deducted in case of refunds.

What about US tariff charges?

Buyers are responsible for any customs, tariffs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

What if I haven't received my order?

All shipping is express post with tracking but there are some rare cases where delivery is delayed. Our shipping times are a guide only, provided by the postal services, and are unfortunately beyond our control. In the rare case that your order is delayed, we can make an investigation into your package through the postal company. For international orders, this can take 40-60 days. If you still haven't received your order in 60 days, we will send out a replacement or refund your order in full. Contact us directly if you have any issues and we will be more than happy to assist you.

What can I do if I provided a wrong/incomplete address?

If you contact us before the order is dispatched, we can change your address to the correct one for you. If your order has already been shipped to the wrong/incomplete address, we will wait for the package to be returned to us before we can send it out again to the correct address. The buyer will pay for re-shipping to send it the second time. Re-shipping costs are as listed above.

For detailed sizing information, please see the item description for each individual item. If you are in doubt about the sizing, please contact us and we will help you choose the correct size for your measurements.

What if the item is damaged or defective?

In the unlikely case that your item is damaged or defective, we will refund the item in full (incl. shipping) or offer credit in our shop for the same value. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will guide you through the process.
