All items are sent from Riga, Latvia with registered mail and a tracking number is provided. This means that rarely your order will just be put in the mailbox, instead it will be delivered to the address and if no one is there to receive it a note will be left. Keep in mind that the max time a package is held in your local post office is 30days then it gets sent back to me.

I try my best to keep an eye on the way each order travels and remind my buyers if there is an order pending in their post, but please keep an eye for reminder notes and contact your local post office.

All jewelry and home decor items are treated against tarnishing, with lacquers or waxes, but over time might slowly tarnish as the coating wears off.

Copper & brass items are easy to clean up with copper & brass jewelry polish cloths and liquids.
