1- Will be my order exactly as pic sample posted in shop listing? Pictures posted at our listing are just samples of pieces made for our customers. You can request a custom order anyway you want, any colors, any design. If you can not see in our listing what you are looking for just ask us to do it as you need it.

Do I have to pay extra money for changes on details about my order? We do not add extra charges for personalized your order, as matching eyes/hair color/ hairstyle/ outfit, colors you want. Pictures about final products? All the pieces produced by our store will be published on our pages and store sites, reserving the right to use them only for advertising purposes and to show our work to the general public, as well as photos sent by our clients related to our final product made for them on top of their cakes. Won't use photos of our final product only if the customer requires this option to us before the order is delivered.

Can I order bigger cake topper size? Available bigger sizes from 6" up to "10 round full decorated base. If you are interested please ask us to give you a budget.

What happened if my piece arrived broke? Please send us a convo to let us know, also include a picture in the convo. We try hard to package these where they will not get broke, however we have no control over the shipping carrier.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped? Once shipped, when should I expect to receive my order? We ship all orders based on customer's deadline set by convos between seller and customer or by the due ship date when you order. If your order doesn't ship by the due date for some reason, feel free to contact us to inquire. Please feel free to contact us if you need to change your deadline or request a rush order. Once process time is done we ship US orders via First Class International or Priority 1-3 day mail. We ship international orders via First Class International or Priority International. Great product, would order this again in a heart beat. You get so many options to personalize the item. You can pick the color and style of the pajamas, how you want to kids to look like. I loved every step of the way. When I received the cake topper it was even better in person, it was so vibrant, festive, and a lot of details. I even asked her to put a softball somewhere and she was able to incorporate all those special details. When I'm done with the topper, I will put it in her room as a decoration. Thank you so much for such a special item for my daughters birthday sleepover.

I loved this cake topper. The seller was excellent. After finding this on Etsy and noticing the time frame of ordering and the party I contacted the shop to verify getting this in time was possible. The customer service was excellent. They assured me they would be able to accommodate the time. The customization was perfect! My daughter loved it!
