Your package will be shipped as registered mail with a tracking number through our preferred shipping provider, POŠTA SRBIJE.

Tracking in transit is not available.

We ship within two business days after receiving your cleared payment. (except weekends and public holidays in Serbia)

Package deliveries overseas usually arrive within 2 weeks, but in uncommon cases it can take longer, especially during peak periods or due to customs delays.

During peak periods, we can organize express courier deliveries; just contact us before ordering so we have time to find the best shipping option at a preferred rate.

Choose a design and let us know about your favorite colors, textures, and gemstones. We will collaborate to produce a bespoke and unique item of jewelry or accessory tailored to your preferences.

Custom orders take approximately 2 weeks to get done after purchase. Note: All pieces are 100 % handmade by our team, which consists of only two designers. We take time and a lot of care for each design.

This is to protect ourselves as artists from wasting time and money on custom work that might get canceled during production.

Leather items can last for a lifetime if they are regularly maintained and treated well, please see below some basic tips:

- If leather gets dirty: Just use a damp cloth. You don’t want to be putting any soaps or foreign substances.

- If you will be covering your leather when you are storing it; cover it with a breathable cloth like cotton sheets. Do not cover your leather clothing with plastic, to avoid leather to dry out.

- If leather gets too wet: Dry it slowly. Speed drying leather changes its chemical structure. Room temperature with gentle air works better than direct heater time with hair-dryer. And keep it in the shape you want it to end up.

- Leather stretches out, but not back.

- Protect against excessive sunlight.

The package will differ depending on the item purchased. Usually we use flat boxes or fabric bags for wrapping an envelope to accommodate its size. Packages will contain bubble wrap to keep them protected from getting damaged during shipping.

Our aim is to ensure all of our customers are happy and have a great shopping experience with us. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it and get a refund or exchange it for another item in our shop. Unfortunately, there will be NO refunds issued on CUSTOM ORDERS.

* All items returned for refund or exchange must be in their original, unused condition.
* The item(s) must be returned by registered mail within 14 days of receipt.
* The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
* Money will be refunded within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, less a 10% handling fee.
*Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes if applied

We accept order cancellations as long as you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations requested after 24 hours will not be accepted. Money will be refunded within 7 business days minus a 10% handling fee to cover transaction fees incurred.
