Vermeil is sterling silver that has been gold plated. Our vermeil is plated with 14K gold. The difference between vermeil, and gold filled, is in the thickness of the gold and the base metal used. In vermeil, the base is sterling silver. Gold filled jewelry is jewelry composed of a solid layer of gold mechanically bonded to a brass.

However, I had to notice from the first wearing that the pins are very thin, so that they bend slightly and above all the counterpart/lock sits very loose. I tried to replace the closures with one of my really many earring clasps, but not a single clasp fit the pins. They were all too big or the pins too thin. Even the slight bending of the closures brought little. Every time I wear them I'm afraid to lose an earring. Unfortunately, I cannot give the full number of stars for the product, which it must not only count the optics. In my review, I only refer to the earrings. Not on the other jewelry or the seller.”

Die Ohrringe sind sehr hübsch.Auf Fragen hat der Verkäufer sofort reagiert. Allerdings musste ich schon beim ersten Tragen bemerken ,dass die Stifte sehr dünn sind, sodass sie sich leicht verbiegen und vor allem das Gegenstück/ der Verschluss sehr locker sitzt. Ich habe versucht die Verschlüsse gegen eine meiner wirklich vielen Ohrringverschlüsse auszutauschen, jedoch passte kein einziger Verschluss an die Stifte. Sie waren alle zu gross bzw die Stifte zu dünn. Auch das leichte Zusammenbiegen der Verschlüsse brachte nur wenig. Jedes mal wenn ich sie trage habe ich Angst einen Ohrring zu verlieren. Ich kann für das Produkt leider nicht die volle Sternenzahl geben, den es darf nicht nur die Optik zählen.Bei meiner Bewertung beziehe ich mich lediglich auf die Ohrringe. Nicht auf den anderen Schmuck oder den Verkäufer.
