Item description indicates free shipping and free gift wrapping. A gift wrap fee was added.

The extra fee was added because you checked it off. Therefore you were charged for the foil wrapping and satin ribbon rather than just the paper option. In other words you opted for a higher option. You would have seen it on your bill in the cart as well. We are sorry that you didn’t understand. That is why Etsy has given buyers the ability to contact the shop owners.
