Sure, requests for customized products are accepted with pleasure, do not hesitate to request a custom order or a personalized jewel, they are perfect wedding gift, bridesmaid jewelry or little present for yourself! For Rings: I usually use US ring size in my shop, if you didn't use US size before or you have any questions about size, please contact me, I'd like to help. Printable sample sizes, can be download from: www.enkivillage.com/how-to-measure-ring-size-at-home.html For Bangles: Average size is 8 inches or Medium. Measure your wrist tightly, then add 1 inch for the best fit.

Can I purchase an item to be sent directly as a gift to a friend?

Of course! I'll send the item in a gift package and write a personalized note on demand. If the person that will receive the gift lives in a different country than yours, please contact me before purchase to have the correct shipment address and expenses.

When will my order be despatched?

What does 14K GOLD FILLED mean?

14K Gold filled materials are thousands of layers of real 14k gold that has been bonded to a base metal core. It is of much higher quality and gold content than gold plated (50,000 to 100,000 times thicker). It's a wonderful alternative to solid gold jewelry. It's perfect for those with sensitive skin and will not rub off or taint your skin. Those who can only wear real gold items, can wear these with ease! All jewelry can and will most likely tarnish at some point. To slow it down, it is best to keep jewelry dry and away from lotions, perfumes, and any other low pH chemicals. Sweat will also speed up oxidation. So to some extent, tarnish (oxidation) is Inevitable, please note! Some jewelry will also react with water that has chemicals in it, like pools or hot tubs and so on. You can clean most jewelry with a jewelry polishing cloth (Never use it on PLATED jewelry). You can also use a cleaning solution safe for your jewelry's material (except jewelry with gemstones. It could hurt the stone.) Also be careful with any rings that have gemstones in it when using a cloth. Try to avoid stones.

Do I have to use PayPal to check out?
