Our vinyl decals can be used on most wall surfaces. You can even use them on plastic, tiles, glass, mirrors, and finished / painted wood.

Some walls might have a slight texture but you should have no problem applying your decal.

** Important: There are certain types of low VOC paints or paints that include stain blockers that vinyl decals will have a hard time sticking to.

If you think that you might have this type of paint, you should try out a test decal before purchasing. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions at all.

If you have recently painted your wall, it is suggested that you wait about 2 - 3 weeks to let the paint fully cure before applying your decals.

Our decals are removable but not reusable.

Tools You May Need:
Tweezers
Hair Dryer
Spray bottle with warm water and dish soap
Moist cloth/damp

Step 1. Use a hair dryer to warm a corner of the graphic. The hot air will help weaken the adhesive bond between the vinyl and the wall.

Step 2. Pick that corner corner with your fingernail. Once you have a piece large enough to hold with between your fingers slowly start pulling down at an angle. Do not pull away from the wall, instead pull down at the same angle as the wall.

Step 3. Spray your wall with a mixture of warm water combined with a few drops of dish soap and wipe down with a moist cloth.

Reports of shipping damage or errors must be made within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt to qualify for a replacement. Any product that is received damaged during transit will be replaced with the same item upon receipt of photos showing the damage and packaging with the shipping label. There will be NO color or design changes to the replacement.

Because our products are customized and made to order, we regret that we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges. Please note that initials, names, sizes, colors, and fonts are all customizations that ensure your order is uniquely crafted for you. We maintain no pre-made stock, and all orders are individually cut after they are placed. Once production of an order has commenced, we are unable to accept cancellation requests.

Yes, we provide complimentary sample decals for pre-purchase testing, as well as color samples. To request these, simply send us a message (convo) including your name, mailing address, and the specific colors you'd like to see. We offer these samples at no cost to our customers because we want you to be absolutely delighted with your decal purchase.

However, please note that as these samples are provided at no charge or risk to buyers, we cannot assume responsibility if the decals don't adhere properly or if the colors don't match your decor after placing an order. To ensure adhesion and color satisfaction, we strongly recommend requesting samples before making a purchase.

All orders are shipped via USPS, and you'll receive an email with a tracking number once your package is on its way. However, please be aware that tracking scans may not always accurately reflect the package's location. While it's rare, domestic orders can occasionally take up to two weeks for delivery.

For this reason, we do not consider a package "lost" or provide replacements until ten full business days have elapsed from the shipping date. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as "Delivered" on your tracking information. Thank you for your understanding.

We offer gift wrapping for decals and prints at an additional charge. Decals are wrapped in kraft tissue paper with twine and a gift tag, while prints are placed in a kraft paper sleeve with twine and a gift tag. Make your gift extra special by adding a personalized note to the gift tag.

Please Note:
All canvases or prints sized 12x16 inches or larger are not eligible for gift wrap.
