How long does it take to receive my proof?

Turnaround time to receive your proof is 24-48 hours. Business days are the traditional Monday thru Friday. Weekend days are excluded from turnaround time.

Is the listing digital or printed?

All listings at Parchment Skies are digital items. These are not paper products. They are JPEG or PDF files designed for you to print from home, your local or online print shop, or a photo lab. Some listing are for instant downloads and are immediately available upon purchase.

Proofs are always sent via Etsy conversation for you to review your event information. Please check your proof for correct spelling, punctuation, as well as address and phone number accuracy. In the event of a typing error, please let me know, and I will correct it. You will need to approve the proof. Upon giving the final approval of your proof, you accept responsibility for any errors that may have been overlooked.

Where is my finished full-resolution file/download?

Upon approval of your proof, the full-resolution file of your invitation will be e-mailed to the address associated with your Etsy account (unless you provide a different e-mail address when placing your order). If you do not see your product in your e-mail inbox after you've received an e-mail from Etsy that your order has shipped, you might check your spam or junk folder. Some e-mail accounts filter out unknown addresses and automatically will send it there. If you still do not see your order after checking those folders, please let me know. I will be glad to send your invitation to a different address, or simply try again.
