Wholesale availability

I am often asked if I can supply my items to third parties such as 'drop shipping' websites and other pet-related businesses. Unfortunately I'm not able to do this at this moment. As my items are all handmade, I can't manufacture enough quantity to supply wholesale and there isn't enough of a profit margin to enable me to sell at a reduced price anyway. So sorry!

Do you ship to the US?

YES! I ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. If you can't find a shipping price to your country on the item listed, just contact me and I'll work it out. Unfortunately some of my larger items such as the dog beds and toy boxes are VERY expensive to ship, but there's nothing I can do about this. Please understand that these items are very large and very heavy. If I could ship them for less I would!

Can you sell me the bone shaped plaques/handles/other components separately?

Sorry, no I don't sell these materials separately. These unique components help make my products instantly recognizable, and form the basis of the Wet Nosed Friends brand that I've worked hard to create. I'm striving to be original and exclusive, and to meet a high standard of craftsmanship. Therefore I feel that selling bits of my designs for customers to do their own DIY, might dilute my brand and my products in a way that I'm not keen to do.

Will you donate an item to my charity/auction/raffle?

I get MANY requests to donate items, but my funds are already very tight as it's hard to make a living as an artist. Even so, I already organise fundraisers of my own, and donate many products to personally selected charities throughout the year. I generally don't donate items to strangers, but prefer to prioritise requests from paying customers over anyone else. It seems only fair that I make a sale from the arrangement, rather than just sending out a neverending stream of freebies at my own expense. So if you wish to combine your request with a purchase from my shop, you'll stand a far greater chance of achieving a donation than if you're a stranger who's never actually supported my business. I always look after my customers first!

Which size dog bed is the right size for my dog?

The best way to determine this is to measure its current bed and see how that compares. You'll also find lots of photos of different dogs in our beds on our social media, which can give a better idea of scale: (copy & paste: https://goo.gl/SnPZdd ) Small-Medium: Approx 56cm x 41cm x 22cm (22" x 16" x 8.5") - ideal for small-medium dogs, eg Miniature Schnauzers, Jack Russells, Cocker Spaniels. Medium-Large: Approx 74cm x 54cm x 25cm (29.5" x 20.5" x 10") ideal for medium-large dogs, eg Beagles, large Cockapoos, Springer Spaniels. If you're between sizes, always go for the larger size. Too small can be cramped and uncomfortable, but if it's too big and you can just pad it out with extra cushions, blankets, toys, or even a companion!

Can you make these beds and boxes larger?

Yes, it’s possible, but shipping larger items is the tricky part. Postage costs rise steeply with size and weight, and the packaging needs to be custom-made to protect the item properly, which adds more expense. For that reason, oversized boxes are usually better suited for local collection only, but if you have a specific size in mind, let me know and I can check what options might work.

Do you ship to the EU & Northern Ireland?

Unfortunately no, I’m not currently able to ship to EU countries including Northern Ireland, due to recent regulations and compliance requirements for small sellers. I hope to reinstate EU shipping in the future if circumstances change — thank you for your understanding.

This fab new Wet Nosed Friends hanging sign is a fun reminder of how the lazy four-legger snoozing on the couch has evolved through the centuries! Made from recycled offcuts, it's been laminated on the front to protect against wear and tear, and the distressed paintwork and curly wire handle give a fun, whimsical style. Hang it on the wall, from the door handle, or over your pooch's favourite spot on the couch! (It looks great above our shabby-chic dog beds too!)

SIZE:
All sizes are approximate as I use recycled offcuts to make my signs, so the exact dimensions will depend on what I have available to make yours. The one in the picture is approximately 26 cm x 9 cm (10" x 3.5"), yours will be similar in size.

DELIVERY:
This item dispatches from the UK. Once posted, delivery aim to Europe is usually around seven working days, and at least ten working days to the rest of the world. Please bear in mind though, that this can vary enormously and busy periods such as Christmas, will take longer.

Unfortunately I am not able to offer tracking outside of the UK as the cost for this would be many times the cost of the item.
