- if you do not respond to repeat convos and emails with your design proof - we will keep your design on file for 6 months. No refunds are given and no orders will be sent 6 months after purchase.

- Combined shipping for more than 1 order purchased at the same time is available for a small additional fee. Please note that combined shipping is for ONE shipping address only. If you purchase more than 1 product at the same time with combined shipping and would like those to be shipped to different addresses then this will incur an additional shipping fee based on the shipping address.

Once the tracking ID indicates that an order was delivered, we can not remake/reship the item free of charge. The package can most often be found on the side of the house, dropped off at the neighbors, or it is available for pick up at the post office if nobody was around to receive the package. Love the item, but I had to message the seller twice in regards to shipping my item before hearing anything. I totally understand life happens and things get backed up, but I feel like it’s the sellers job to reach out about the delays.
