My current production time is 5-7 business days for made to order items and 1-2 business days for ready to ship items. All items are made in the order in which they are received.

Rush orders requests will be accepted on a case by case basis. Due to busy seasons rush orders may not always be possible. Please send me a message before ordering if you need something sooner or by a certain date. If you just write it in your message during checkout that you need an item sooner or by a certain date I may not see it in time, so it is always best to ask me first. :)

I love custom orders! If you would like to request something in a different color or style please send me a message. I am usually always able to accommodate custom order requests, I just ask that you ask first before ordering just in case I'm not able to.

I am more than happy to add a gift note to any order. You can leave your note request in the message to seller section during checkout.
