How to return an Item?

Custom and personalised orders

What is personal order: - There are changes to the original model - remove or add items, changing the colors and materials, etc. - Altering lengths, widths or the garment is made to your personal measurements other than the size chart Checking the measurements for matching the size will not be considered as personal order You will be informed if your order will be considered into personal order Personal order can't be returned or exchanged. You can send it only for correction All lengths of the garments are based for 170 cm height for women and 180 cm height for man.

How to determine my size?

BUST Wrap the measuring tape somewhat loosely around the fullest part of your chest (at nipple level). Round to the nearest whole number. WAIST Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist. Then, standing straight, make sure the tape fits securely yet comfortably around your waist. Allow one finger between your body and the tape. HIPS Approximately 22 cm / 8.5" below the waist, measure around the fullest point of your hip (lower body). INSEAM Measure straight down the inside leg from the crotch to the ankle. You will find Size charts in description of the model and in the images of the model All lengths of the garments are based for 170 cm height for women and 180 cm height for man.
