What if the size doesn't fit?

If you want to return your item you can do that in 2 WEEKS after receiving it. If you return later the item will not be accepted! Item should not be worn or somehow damaged. Item should be packed with care. BEFORE doing that please contact. CUSTOM ORDER items with individual measurements CAN NOT BE RETURNED. READY TO SHIP items are not refundable. After I receive original item I can refund your money EXCEPT ADMINISTRATION FEES (-15 eu) or I can make new item for you but shipping to you cost extra money (Please contact me). If your parcel is returned after it has been sent due to non-collection by the recipient, I charge an ADMINISTRATION FEE (-15 eu). Your money will be refunded after I receive original item.

How do I choose the correct size?

You can find slippers and shoes sizing chart in every last image near every item. It may be different from other size charts in the shops you are used to buy. If there is a opportunity we ask you to measure your foot longest and widest points and send us measurements in case to avoid any inconveniences when choosing wrong size. If you are buying slippers like a present for another person please choose size very carefully from the table that is given. Pay attention to the insole length and if you can compare it with shoe size.

How do I measure my foot?

Put your foot (without socks) an a blank sheet of paper and carefully linear it to make accurate outline. Use a ruler to measure longest point (from toe to heel) of your foot and then try to find the size then finds your measurements. That's how you find exact size to choose.

What is the production time?

Each pair of slippers is made to order by hand in our small studio in Lithuania. Because every pair is individually handcrafted and not mass-produced, production usually takes from 1 to several weeks, depending on the season and current order volume. We believe that creating something truly special takes time. Every pair receives personal attention and careful craftsmanship to ensure the highest quality and comfort. Felt wool slippers made from natural sheep wool in bright red color. Slippers are made using only warm water and soap. All boiled wool slippers are made by using wet felting method when wool fiber is rubbed and shaped to get exact item.

Felt wool slippers are friendly to the feet because there is no synthetic material that touches to the skin. Lining of felted slippers is pure sheep wool which helps to keep feet fresh, protects from undesirable odor and naturally insulates feet to keep the right temperature inside the footwear.
All Felt wool footwear has non slip sole. Basically it is liquid rubber produced from natural materials. This kind of sole protects again slipping, is lightweight and flexible.

Felt slippers are in bright red color but other colors are welcome. Just contact me before purchasing and let me know your request.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: slippers needs to be vacuumed to clean the dust. No need to wash. If there is an extra case then slippers with natural latex sole can be washed by hands in lukewarm water or in washing machine using program for wool.
After washing slippers must be shaped on the feet. Let it dry naturally on the sun, heated floor or near low temp heater. DO NOT use tumble dryer.

The slippers will be sent from Lithuania (Europe), by registered priority international mail. It takes from 2 weeks (Europe) and 2-3 weeks (US, Canada, Australia, etc.)
