I was planning to wait until I had made, or at least started, this beautiful wrap to review the pattern, but since I do not have the time for any knitting now after all, I will just say that the pattern looks straightforward, even for a relative beginner like me, and I am looking forward to making it my next project.

Nice easy pattern. All sections clearly followable and the lace pattern is given row by row which will help beginners. Made for my daughter. Although if knitting a second time I would decrease then increase again the stitches across the central part of the garment across the back and shoulders as the central swathe that hangs down the back looked a bit too long to me. But my daughter likes it and is happy with it so will wear it over a thin strap dress in the summer. The length effect will probably depend on the yarn you use. I chose a Soft Merino Donegal by Studio Donegal from Great British Yarns and that will have added a little to the weight.
