--- Want to order more than one color? Select any 1 color from the drop down, and mention all the cup colors and the quantities in the notes. Can only split colors if order 100 pcs of each color. (no charge for splitting cup colors because we're cool like that!)
--- Order can have different cup colors, but only 1 ink color. Choose ink color wisely depending on the color of cup selected.

3. Please include the following info in the "Note" section:
--- Bride's First Name
--- Groom's First Name
--- Wedding Date
--- Imprint color
--- If splitting plastic cup colors, mention color and quantity of each.

Defect Policy for Custom Products:

We take pride in delivering high-quality custom products to our customers. However, in the unlikely event of a defect, we require our customers to report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product. Please provide photos of the defect to support your claim.

Note: Refunds for defects reported after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible. Our goal is to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchase, and we will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.

NOTICE FOR CUSTOMS/TARIFFS:

a. Orders with a Texas billing address will be charged with tax.
b. International orders are subject to tariffs.
