All items is handmade and dispatched from the United Kingdom. It will be sent in designed package and bubble envelopes.

Your order will be dispatched within 1-5 working days after your payment is received and cleared. The buyer will receive dispatch notification after despatch.

•UK DELIVERY
- Standard shipping: is via Royal Mail 1st Class. It cannot be tracked and aims to deliver within 1-2 working days after despatch.
- Upgrade shipping: is via Royal Mail SPECIAL DELIVERY (by 1 pm next working day) which can be tracked and insured.
There is no choices of delivery for some items for insurance reason.

•INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
- Standard shipping: is via Royal Mail INTERNATIONAL TRACKED & SIGNED or INTERNATIONAL SIGNED where available (for some countries, INTERNATIONAL TRACKED& SIGNED service is not available, so your item will be posted through INTERNATIONAL SIGNED which cannot be tracked). The services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days, and worldwide within 5-10 working days. Signature of receiver will be required on delivery. If you need more information about postage service, please visit http://www.royalmail.com.

If you would prefer cheaper alternative postage, please send me a message before making payment and I will adjust the listing to reflect the lower postage cost. Your item will be sent through INTERNATIONAL STANDARD (basic delivery) which can not be tracked and not insured. The postage cost is $5.50.
