With most of our items being custom it take some time to get art work set up and the blank item in. We make every item after the order is placed in our shop on 3 machines. We have one machine set up to run hats almost all the time and there other 2 run flat items like shirts, sweatshirt blankets and jackets. Most flat items take longer on the machine so hats may ship faster then flats.

I bought this “Proud Grampa” cap for my husband as a Father’s Day gift since our daughter is expecting our first grandchild soon. He loves the quality of the cap and the style is perfect. The lettering looks so professional. I am very pleased with this purchase. In addition I purchased a matching cap for my son-in-law saying “Proud Dad” along with the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) for the baby. He was so excited to get the cap for Father’s Day too!! He also loves the quality, fit, and of course the lettering! I have to give a huge shout out to customer service. They are wonderful! There was a minor issue with an abbreviation I requested for the writing on my SIL’s cap. They responded promptly to me and they rushed a new cap out immediately. This company is awesome!!

First, customer service was phenomenal! The seller was quick to respond to all my messages and helpful with suggestions. An aspect of my order was questionable to me due to likely computer screen discrepancies in color. I explained to the seller what exactly I was wanting in the color shade. Again, suggestions were very helpful! I actually left it up to the seller’s discretion and would have been ok with either choice, still preferring the shade I envisioned. Perfect!!!! The cap is exactly what I was hoping for in color shade. The embroidery is great and exactly as I requested. A plus these days, too, is that all was spelled correctly! Ha! So very pleased with both hats ordered! I recommend this seller and the caps!!!
