This is a special piece made from delicate soft material, please treat it accordingly.
Optimal silk care will ensure longer and lustrous life to the garment.
- Hand wash with PH neutral products.
- Drying should be done by extending the garment between two towels.
- Iron ALWAYS wet. Average temperature (between 100 – 150 ºC – two points).

All scarves come wrapped in a gift box
When we send our silk scarves we always send an email with the tracking number, so you can know where the shipping is and when it will arrive. For any questions about orders, please contact us.
Scarves are shipped from Barcelona 1-2 working days after the payment is accepted. Normally a package takes 2-3 days for delivery within Europe and 4-5 working days to US and the rest of the world. Insurance is included in the shipping price.

► Return / Exchange
If you don’t like or you are not satisfied with one of our products we will refund you as long as the scarf has not been used. Please contact us for more information or questions.
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
- We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, only if both the product and packaging are in the same condition as when delivered. Please contact us prior to returning a product.
You are responsible for any shipping costs when returning a product. Returns must be received at our offices within 30 days after purchase.
- Refunds: as soon as we receive the return and ensure that it meets the above requirements, we will send an email notification. Reimbursement will be made within 2 days through the same means of payment used in the purchase, excluding shipping costs.
