Why is it ZIPPED and how do I UNZIP it?

To compress it so it can fit as an email attachment. Download using a PC or laptop and just double click. For tablets and smart phones you'll need an app - sorry I cannot recommend one.

My PC/MAC/laptop still can't unzip it, what now?

You can easily download and install the free trial version of winzip from www.winzip.com after installing just double click on the zip file and the JPG will extract. Alternatively you can save the zip file in a USB memory stick and take to your printers they will know what to do. Or can also just forward them the original email with attachment I sent you.

The files are large, you can easily print smaller in size. All the files are send in Hi-Res 300 DPI, this will ensure that you will receive a high quality printing. Depending on the format, print / photo may differ slightly.
