If you want me to copy someone else designs, sorry but I can't help you. I would like to avoid any problem with copyright, besides I don't think is fair and ethic do that with another vendor!!!!

Free mail is USPS first class mail service. If you want to avoid delays OR lostwith the Mail carrier==>USPS MAIL SERVICE, you can make an upgrade to PRIORITY OR EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE, otherwise you can leave it as it is just kept in mind the FREE mail service is USPS first class mail service, any delays or lost will be totally outside my hands. Once the package is in USPS, I totally lost the control over the package and USPS won't work for me or Etsy. If your package is marked as delivered but is not in your address, you have to open a claim with USPS.

==> If the costumer wrote the incorrect shipping address, and the package is lost or etc, is totally out of my control. The costumer is responsible to write all the correct information.

This is not a DIY (Do it to yourself) store, I'm the one who personalize the item and make the tags for you.

2. You place the order for the amount you need, (PAY FOR THE TAGS/CARDS) read the item details for personalization options.
3. After you place the order. I will send you a digital proof for your approval (between 1 to 2 business days). I can make for free 1 digital proof free for you, after that the next digital proof will be charge.
4. After you approve the proof I will start working on your order. NOT BEFORE. The days starts counting after you place the order and approve the proof.
