Custom and personalized orders

IMPORTANT Many QuaintlyKate items are personalised especially for you. Where a proof is provided, please check all names, dates, spelling, wording and other details carefully before approving it. Your item will be printed using the information shown on your approved proof. If you spot an error before approving your proof, just let me know and I'll be happy to amend it. Once a proof has been approved and printed, I am unable to replace an item free of charge where the information was approved incorrectly. If I have made an error, however, I will of course put it right. For items where a proof isn't provided, please take a moment to check the personalisation entered when placing your order.

Postage - How/when/what if I need my card for a specific date?

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class as standard. This service is not tracked or guaranteed. 1st Class Signed For provides confirmation of delivery but does not provide full tracking or guarantee delivery by a specific date. If you need your order for a particular date, I strongly recommend upgrading to Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout. Please remember that the dispatch time shown is the time needed to make your order; delivery time is additional. If you're unsure whether your order will arrive in time, please message me before ordering.

Recycling & Packaging

All cards and envelopes are fully recyclable. To protect your card before it reaches you, it is supplied in a clear cellophane sleeve. Please dispose of this separately according to your local recycling facilities. I aim to keep packaging to a minimum while making sure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address provided with your Etsy order, so please check that your address is correct before completing your purchase. If you notice an error after ordering, please contact me through Etsy Messages as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, I will do my best to help. If an order is returned to me because the delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete, I can arrange for it to be sent again once it has been returned to me. Additional postage charges may apply. Once an order has been dispatched, I am unable to change the delivery address. If your order hasn't arrived when expected, please contact me through Etsy Messages and I will be happy to help.
