Shipping dates are mostly upheld but at busy times there can be a slight delay of a few days as all items are made to order. Notification will be send when this occurs. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

** TRACKING **
Tracking is no longer and option outside of Europe as there have been issues internationally with some countries not recognising bar codes. Tracking within Europe is at an extra cost, if you require this please ask before purchase. Also, if you are insistent on having tracking outside of Europe please contact me before buying, there will be an extra cost also.

** SHIPPING ADDRESSESS **
Please check that you have supplied the correct shipping address. Should you notice that it is incorrect after you have placed your order please contact me. If the parcel has been shipped prior to your message, we will have to wait until the package has been returned, then the buyer would have to pay again for reshipping. Should the buyer not want them reshipping a refund will not be given for personalised items as they cannot be re-sold. In the event that parcel is not returned for whatever reason, no refund or replacement will be given. Most items take over 3 hours to make, therefore too lengthy to incorporate into an existing order book.

** DUTIES AND TAXES **
All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer (although it would have to be a very large order to be applicable for most countries)

UK ~ please check the allowance since Brexit.

** CUSTOM ORDERS **
I welcome custom orders, there is no extra charges when there are only small changes made to existing designs. Should there be more detailed changes there may be an extra charge.

** WHOLESALE ORDERS **
Unfortunately all wholesale requests are declined due to the labour intensity of my work.

** LISTING PHOTOS**
Please take into account that my items are handmade and therefore can vary slightly from the photos. Every effort is made to make them identical but sometimes it is not always possible e.g patterned fabrics
