How long before an item ships?

Most orders ship next business day especially during the holiday shopping season.

Does your shop ship items outside of the United States?

Yes, TheHavenFinds ships orders internationally. Please note during the ordering process that there are several international shipping methods available. Delivery times and tracking information will vary depending on shipping service and delivery location.

Does your shop provide express shipping for orders?

Yes, express shipping methods are available during the check-out process. Use Priority Mail for 1 - 3 day delivery (U.S. domestic only) or Priority Express Mail for 1 - 2 day delivery ( U. S. Domestic only). Expedited shipping methods are available for international orders also.

Does your shop have a Layaway Plan?

Yes for items priced at $200 or more, I offer a four month layaway plan. There is a 25% down payment as the first month's payment. Then, you make three additional payments over the following three months to complete the balance! All layaways are non-refundable. If the customer decides they do not want the item, the down payment(s) become store credit. Please send me a message if you'd like to set up a layaway on any items in my shop that are priced at $200.

Does your shop provide refund for returned items?

If returned items are received in original condition including decorative packaging, full item value will be refunded. If item qualified for free shipping, item value minus shipping cost will be refunded. Shipping fees typically not refunded, but expectations can made based on extenuating circumstances.
