I read previous feedback which said that there is a lot of gluing involved in this project. Gluing bits has never worked for me but I thought I could sew things instead. For the most part this was true; however, it was necessary to glue on the roof and this didn’t go so well. I think there is a lot of trial and error in this as there are a fair amount of suggestions of what might work well - spraying with stiffener etc. Anyway, the result wasn’t good enough to give away as was my plan. I will probably try again at some point as the pattern was fairly expensive and I don’t want it to go to waste

I loved the little guide of different stitches but I thought that there was too much use of glue and the glue that was recommended didn't work very well.
