Are your .SVG digital files for cutting machines?

Sorry, but usually no unless specified in the SVG & Clipart section here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/StarPrintShop?section_id=18264003 My digital print instant downloads usually contain a HQ .JPG file. I do offer alternative file types free upon request such as .SVG (vector), which are used for near infinite scaling use with no resolution loss, removing the need for multiple resizing jobs. The .SVG file format is *not* exclusive to cutting or cutting machines. This is why I don't use cutting keywords in my listings, unless I explicitly am selling a cut file .SVG, .DXF etc. that is specifically crafted to work for cutting. Many of my print .SVG files DO work for cutting though-- if interested, please message me first & I can advise you.

Where can I get my graphics printed?

Many online and local services exist-- just let me know what you are looking for and I can help advise you before or after purchase (this is included in the costs). I also have extended self-printing and print service information available that will not fit in this section, just let me know if you need it via convo or email! I am familiar with most online print service platforms like Walmart, Walgreens, Staples and OfficeDepot etc. and will gladly help you out if you encounter problems in just about any situation after purchase.

I've already bought a graphic but want it in another size/color or need small text changes. Do I have to buy the graphic again?

No! Once you have purchased a basic graphic, you can get basic changes for most graphics at $2.99 each or less if you'd like to use it again. This comes in handy for brokers and realty agencies, party or event planners, professional decorators, teachers, and other professionals that need quick, affordable gifts on multiple occasions! I also give discounts on bulk orders, so if you need customizations for a group gift I can probably meet your budget, let's talk! Past clients have made customized finished, framed group gifts with me for less than $3 each! Most graphics are also available in scalable vector format if you know how to use them and think you will need multiple sizes, at no extra charge.

Are these templates that I can edit myself?

Unfortunately, no. Each customized graphic is made one at a time by me. This is actually not done intentionally-- I have not had much luck at making templates and not much spare time to learn more about it. I would like to offer these at some point in the future, though.

I like your items but need something really custom, can you do this?

Yes, but with my current workload I sometimes now need to charge more for more intricate prints made from scratch. I try to accommodate every customer best I can though, and if you need a look similar to an item I already have the alterations usually are very reasonably priced. Get in touch if you have an idea-- most ideas usually work out, but if I can't do it, I can often point you in the right direction of how to get it done at a reasonable price.

Do you offer samples?

Yes, and I do prefer to do samples first if you have any doubts. I can do from 1-3 samples before purchase, depending on complexity, to get us a solid starting point. After purchase, I can do 3-5 more depending on complexity. If you need more than this, I do have an extra samples listing for $2.99. I have never had a customer unhappy with an end result after buying, and I do not disappear after purchase! Samples also now usually take a day or two at least, unless they are standard custom items already listed in my shop. If you are in a rush, let me know via convo first and I will let you know if I can get you the samples and alterations you need in time (I usually can).

I'm in a hurry, should I request a sample first?

Purchasing first will give you priority so if you like the overall look and have at least 72 hrs. you can wait (just in case, most general orders and samples are done same or next day), it is absolutely safe to go ahead and buy. I am forgiving with minor errors and small changes, and will get revisions to you quickly after purchase. If you do purchase graphic changes before seeing a sample and they are not possible for me to complete, you'll be refunded. If you have any doubts though, feel free to request a sample first, as this is the best way to ensure you get exactly what you need. Any additional minor alterations, if needed, can and will be done after purchase ASAP at no extra charge.
