As an additional purchase we provide hearts gift wrap, a blue bow and a "with love" gift card for Pillows. Gift boxes have hearts gift wrap, a red bow and a "with love" gift card. Note that Framed art can't be gift wrapped at this time. The gift wrap option is found during the checkout process.

We always send a proof within 1-2 business days if there is any customization to the main photo, so keep in contact with your ETSY account mail so your order isn't delayed. Or, if you checked out as a guest be sure to check your spam folder as etsy will forward the proof to the email address you provided them.

The "Ship by" date may be moved at our discretion 1 day or more if there is no reply to the proof within 24 hrs. If no reply to our "changed shipping date" email It will be mailed without proof approval on the new shipping date and no refunds will be given if we did what was asked. These are customized products so close communication is needed to make these special gifts happen timely and beautifully. ;)
