*If you decide that you would like a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. A refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued when we have received item in our home in its original and unused condition.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

*Although we don't offer returns on custom items, we want you to be satisfied! Please contact us with concerns and we will try our best to work out a resolution.

*If item is delivered damaged, please contact me no later then 72 hours of delivery. Pictures of the item AND the packaging will be required to start a claim.

Shipping cost is an estimated calculation and is based on the largest size boards in our cork bulletin board listings. Sometimes, shipping will be less then the estimate shown. If you are buying a smaller sized board and/or shipping cost is less than what you were charged, we will always refund you the difference.

Please be aware that USPS First Class International mail estimates your package will arrive in 10-25 business days, but they never are able to guarantee delivery dates/times. Therefore, unfortunately we are also not able to guarantee when it will arrive. If your order is time sensitive, please send us a message and we will issue you a refund.

In most cases, yes! Please message me if you would like more than one of the same cork board or push pin set before purchasing and I will check my inventory.

My little shop is run exclusively by me and on a very part time basis. During the day, I take care of my kiddos, and it leaves me only evenings to create.
