▪ Cookies may be frozen up to 1 year. Slight degradation in colors may occur when freezing. Avoid refrigeration as this tends to dry out the cookies. To thaw, lay cookies out individually for 2 hours (shield from direct light). It's best to avoid handling them until all condensation has evaporated to prevent damage to the details.

▪ To change an address not yet shipped - the original order must be refunded, then repurchased with the new shipping address.
▪ To change an address already shipped - contact us (or the carrier) immediately to try to get the package rerouted. Changes in transit are about 70% successful.
▪ The FedEx and UPS address modification charge is $19.50.
▪ UPS and FedEx require physical shipping addresses. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
