The shipping companies that I work with are: TNT, PostOne and National Posts.
• Orders send with TNT Express Upgrade will be delivered in 2/3 days after shipment.
• Most packages will be sent by me to a courier company in Bulgaria (PostONE), which will ship them to the Swiss Post's exchanging point ( in Germany) and then each will be redirected to its final recipient. That way I can offer my customers more secure and fast shipment, including online tracking.
• All items will be shipped gently/carefully and safely with First Class Priority Air Mail and have Tracking Number.

I always send a sample image of how the bag/s will look like. I wait for approval for 48 hours and then start producing it. If no approval is received after that period I will make your item as the first of yours wishes. If the purchase is not full and no response is received in 48 hours, the bag/s will be produced as the image shown in the listing you have ordered from.

• If the order is paid via PayPal, then the item will be shipped to your PayPal provided address
• If the order is paid via Direct Checkout, the item will be shipped to the address provided in Etsy.
