Custom and personalized orders

We can usually customize any ring in our shop, however, there are always designs that are ooak's for sale too. In this instance, please refer to the details page to see if an item is resizable. We would love to resize and reset one just for you.

Care instruction are included with every purchase. If you have any problems or concerns please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to help.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Any jewelry item purchased from our shop is automatically gift wrapped for free. Loose gemstones or cabochon pieces or parcels will come packaged in comped drawstring bags and bubblewrapped for a safe arrival. Items over $25.00 are insured for free.

Have a design in mind? Need help pulling it all together? Need it by a certain date? On a budget?

Our team is very friendly and helpful. We take the time to ask you questions to design your perfect custom order. You will receive updates every step of the way. We usually require 3 weeks to complete a custom order. In many cases we can complete a custom order in 7 - 10 days. We would require a 50% deposit up front to begin your custom order. We also offer a lay -a- way plan that will fit into any budget.

Custom and personalized orders

All jewelry purchases come complete with a certification card. This card has all the information to have your jewelry appraised or checked for quality and genuineness.

Lay -a- way plan and putting a deposit down on a custom order or shop item.

We offer a lay-a-way plan. You can put as little as $25.00 down to hold any item in our shop $50.00 or less and $50.00 down on any item $100.00 or more. No added fees. If you change your mind, you get your deposit back. We want you to be 100% satisfied.
