WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP?

You can locate the “ship by” date either in your Etsy "cart" before checkout or after checkout you can find the "ship by" date on the receipt you received from Etsy for your purchase. We normally ship orders ahead of schedule, so you may receive your items earlier than expected. If you are in need of your package sent by a specific date, please “convo” us on Etsy before placing your order so we can do our best to accommodate your request.

WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Your tracking number can be found on the receipt sent to you by Etsy after your order has been sent. Please allow 24 hours after the initial shipping receipt to view your tracking information online. You may also go to USPS.com and enter your tracking number where it says, "Track A Package."

DO YOU SELL YOUR PRODUCTS WHOLESALE?

At this time Gusto Spice does not sell products wholesale.

If your package has not arrived within 8 days of the shipping receipt, please contact us immediately. There is a small window of time the USPS allows service requests to help locate packages. We cannot give refunds or send replacements for packages that are considered "still in transit" by the USPS. If a package has still not been delivered after two weeks, we will file a claim with the USPS on your behalf.

I PLACED MY ORDER FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT THEY NEED TO GO TO SEPARATE ADDRESSES. IF I GIVE YOU THE ADDRESSES CAN YOU SEND THEM FOR ME?

If you are making a purchase of multiple items and wish to send them to two or more separate addresses, please make separate orders to insure proper shipping rates. We can only send items to one address per completed purchase.

MY TRACKING SAYS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT I CAN'T FIND IT!

Please check first with your neighbors (or apartment manager if applicable) in case they received your package by mistake. Please also visit your local post office to speak with your carrier as they can help pinpoint where/when the package was left. If you need additional help, please convo us here on Etsy and we will do everything we can to help locate your package! Please note: We do not offer refunds or replacements on packages marked as delivered by the USPS unless the USPS has concluded your package was delivered to the incorrect address.

THE Rubs of the States SET INCLUDES:

1) LEXINGTON, NC: Often includes delicious slow-smoked pulled or chopped pork with their famous vinegar-based sauce that features no ketchup in the Eastern part of the state and a little ketchup in the Western part of the state. Ingredients in our NC rub include brown sugar, dry mustard and cayenne pepper. The rub is fantastic on chicken, too!

2) MEMPHIS, TN: Smoked often with a dry rub and served with sauce on the side! Ingredients in our TN rub include a good dose of sweet and a touch of cayenne for that perfect Memphis flavor. This rub is perfect for pulled pork.

3) EAST TEXAS: This rub is great on beef ribs, hearty meats and brisket. It's also delicious sprinkled over eggs or to season turkey burgers and meatballs. Ingredients in our TX rub include ground coriander, cumin and cayenne pepper.

4) KANSAS CITY, MO: Great on Beef or Pork ribs. KC ribs are usually slow cooked and served with a thick, sweet sauce. Ingredients in our KC rub include a good amount of dry mustard, garlic and chili powders.

5) SANTA MARIA, CA: Fantastic for Tri Tip roast or hearty beef. Best grilled over red oak and often mopped with a garlic-infused oil and red wine vinegar concoction. Ingredients in our CA rub include onion, rosemary and lemon peel.

Looks great, and comes wrapped with gift wrapping tissue paper already, so it's ready to go in a bag and gift. Appears to be of good quality, though its for a gift so I haven't tried the spices themselves.
