I need these fast, can I get these right away?

How do I download my files?

You can also download your files directly from Etsy. Login into your Etsy account and in the top right you will see the link "You" scroll down to "Purchases and Review" there you will see a list of your purchase with a link to download your order on the right hand side. * For some reason the link does not show up on mobile devices so make sure you are viewing from a desktop computer.

Do I need a special program to make these?

Yes, but it is a FREE program. These are specifically designed to be used in Adobe Reader on a desktop computer, here is the link in case you do not already have the program installed or if you have an outdated version. http://get.adobe.com/Reader/

Can I edit these on my Smartphone, tablet, iPhone, iPad, etc.?

No, you cannot edit or personalize these on an iPad, iPhone or other mobile tablet/device. You will need a desktop computer with Adobe Reader Installed

Will these files work on my Mac?

Yes, If you are using a Mac the default program is Previewer though which will NOT allow you to edit the text fields. These files are specifically designed to be used in Adobe Reader.

Can I change the font, size or color?

Yes, If you need to change the font, size or color hit Crtl+E or CMD+E if you are using a Mac or View > Tool Bars > Properties Bar * You cannot change the location of any of the text, fonts or graphics. You can only enter customized wording in the editable text fields. You can change the font type, font color and font size though.

What type of paper should I print everything on?

I print everything on white heavy card stock - 110lb. prints nice or matte photo paper.

I don't have a good printer at home, can I send these to my local print shop?

YES! Please let me know when you place the order and I will send you a copyright release form so you can send these to your local print shop (Kinko’s, Staples, UPS, ect.)

Can I send the invitations digitally via text, email or Facebook?

Yes, you can email these! Here is the directions on how to do that. Sending in an Email: Fill in all relevant information by typing over the sample text and save. You will need to do a print screen to capture the individual invitation. Mac: Command+Shift+4 brings up a selection box so you can specify an area to take a screenshot of, then save it as a file to the desktop. Windows: If you are using Windows 7 or above there is a snipping tool. Simply type “snip” into the start menu search bar and select “Snipping Tool” Select the area to take a screenshot of, and save it as a JPG file This site offers great directions for other options http://www.take-a-screenshot.org/

Why do the colors look different on my screen?

Every screen is different, as is every printer. Although we can not gaurentee that your colors will match exactly to what you see on the screen, I only use Pantone colors in my designs to ensure the best screen to print quality.
