Each item will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper, placed in an organza bag or box and sent in a padded envelope for added protection whilst in transit. If you wish for your purchase to be gift wrapped, please contact me stating any special requirements. Your order will be sent once it has been completed and you should receive your jewellery within 3-4 business days if sent to an address within the UK. I will send by first class Signed for post via Royal Mail to the address given in the Etsy Checkout. If you wish to receive your order sooner or need insurance, please contact me and I will make enquiries regarding the cost involved.

For international orders, please refer to the postage charges for each listing. If you require your item to be tracked, please add the International Tracked Shipping or International Tracked and Signed Shipping to your order. International packages can take 10-30 days within Europe and the US and other destinations can take a lot longer.

Please bear in mind that packages sent to an international destination may be delayed at customs in your country. Unfortunately, this is beyond my control and packages can be delayed as a result. Also please ensure that you check custom charges and taxes prior to your purchase as these could be added when the item reaches your country and you will be responsible for these charges.

Sizing

Bracelets and necklaces can be made to any length required. Please choose from the options listed. If the option you require is not listed, please contact me.

Care of jewellery

I advise that jewellery does not come into contact with water, soap, perfumes or chemicals. Apply any skin lotion, makeup and perfumes before putting on your jewellery.

Please bear in mind that colours of items may differ on some computer monitors. As I am using natural gemstones for some of my jewellery, no two items will look the same. I find this creates something special and unique.
