All our designs are made with CAD software. After that we use a so-called slicer application that slices the digital model. Every slice will be translated into G-code. The G-code is the language the 3D printer understands. The code contains all the information for the coordinates, the melting temperatures and a whole range of other different settings. Usually the process of 3D printing takes a very long time because every layer must be laid down as melted plastic. The best way to compare 3D printing is with a glue pistol. There is a tiny little nozzle that heats up and a long thread of plastic will melt true that nozzle with a little pressure wheel. Look for 3D printing on YouTube and you will see how it looks like.
